Q: What Does The Process Look Like? We make it as painless and straightforward as possible. Just fill out a quick quote form or give us a call – we’ll estimate the size, quantity, and material needed for you in no time flat! After that’s squared away our design team will get started on either a digital proof or a physical sample of your order. Once you approve those designs with payment, then comes the fun part (for us) – production! Along each step of this process from beginning to end, we’ll keep you updated so there are never any surprises that pop up along the way.
Q: What’s The Turnaround Time? Need it fast? We can make that happen! In most cases, we’ll do our best to rush your order, for a small fee of course. It’s all dependent on demand but here at this shop – promising and over-achieving is always the goal.
Q: How Do The Labels Come? If you’ve got a labeling job to do, we can help! Our labels come in rolls on 3” cores for whatever width your project requires. Plus, if needed, we’ll even chop the individual labels and stickers – just let us know when placing your order.
Q: What Format Do I Need To Send My Digital Files? A: The ideal format is an .ai file or high-quality .pdf (note: If we are adding white ink to your artwork, we must have an original vector file .ail). Note: When sending Illustrator or .eps files please ensure that your fonts are outlined and links embedded. See our How To Videos for more information.
Q: How Do I Upload My Artwork? The best way to upload your artwork is to simply email it to us at graphics@premierlabeling.com
Q: How Do I Know What Size My Label Should Be? Unsure of the size label your packaging needs? Don’t stress – we’re happy to help! All you need to do is physically send us your product and with our expertise, we’ll make sure it gets a template complete with the perfect label area, cut line, and bleed.
